 "Growing up in Winslow, Arizona allowed me to acknowledge how important small businesses are to the economy and how vital a personable approach is. My father started his own auto body shop when he was 21 years old. Thanks to him, I was able to observe how a highly successful company operates.  The 18 years I lived in Winslow, I witnessed many restaurant concepts come and go and very few stuck around. I remember being a kid and trying to comprehend ways another restaurant could survive in this town. From that point on, I always knew hospitality was my calling in life. I attended Scottsdale Community College where I received my Associate's Degree in Hospitality and Tourism. I was fascinated by the hospitality industry and knew I couldn’t stop my education there. In May 2021 I received my Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Leadership from Northern Arizona University, where I graduated Cum Laude and on the Dean’s list. During college I completed a wide range of projects that contribute heavily to my skills and experiences. My most recent accomplishment was landing a restaurant manager position directly out of college. This opportunity taught me endless knowledge regarding restaurants and how they should operate in order to thrive and grow."
